Terms and conditions

Your trust is important to us. Therefore, we are committed to providing you with good information about the use of NAF Local Experiences, and our processing of personal information. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions in full before you place your order.

Booking and delivery

The experience is booked by you selecting a date and filling out other relevant information in the booking form on lokaleopplevelser.com, and making the payment. You will receive an e-mail with booking confirmation, details of the experience and contact information to the Experience Manager. Please make sure that the booking confirmation matches your order.

Pricing

All rates are quoted in NOK and are included taxes and other fees.

Cancellation and change of booking

You may cancel your order and get a full refund if you cancel the order within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation.

If you wish to cancel the purchase or make other changes to the order later than 24 hours after placing the order, such cancellation or changes must be made no later than 30 days ahead of the date of the experience. You can choose full refund, to change into another experience or to change your order in other ways. Contact us at hjelp@lokaleopplevelser.no.

If something unpredictable occurs before or on the day of the experience, such as illness, please notify your Experience Manager directly. Note that it is left to the Experience Manager´s discretion to decide whether a full refund is feasible in such cases, as this depends on the individual experience. Contact the Experience Manager directly to make arrangements.

Your safety is important to us. If the weather or other conditions make it difficult or inadvisable to carry out an experience, the Experience Manager will contact you in order to find a new date for the experience or to arrange a refund. This also applies if the Experience Manager, for other reasons, cannot carry out the experience at the agreed time.

If our cooperation with the Experience Manager ceases, you can choose to change into another experience or to get a full refund.

Description and assessment of the experiences

The description of the experience is provided by the Experience Manager, and NAF cannot be held responsible if you find that the description does not match your experience. It is unfortunately not possible for us to attend all the experiences!

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, you must address this to the Experience Manager. The Experience Manager is obliged to provide NAF with notification of all claims, so that NAF can assess whether the experience is to be removed from NAF Local Experiences.

If you would like to give NAF a direct feedback on the experience, it will be much appreciated at hjelp@lokaleopplevelser.no.

Responsibility

Note that NAF acts only as an intermediary between the Customer and the Experience Manager. The Experience Manager is liable for all aspects of the experience, including safety and any personal or property damage that may occur. NAF is under no circumstances jointly liable with the Experience Manager for the carrying out of the experience.

Information about privacy and cookies

NAF Local Experiences is a part of NAF (the Norwegian Automobile Association). The data controller is the Managing Director of NAF.

We process personal data necessary to provide the service to you, cf. GDPR Article 6, No. 1, b. The data is deleted when it is no longer necessary to store it for this purpose. The data is provided to the Experience Manager so that he or she can contact you in connection with carrying out the experience.

Like most other websites, Lokaleopplevelser.com uses cookies to make the service work for you.

  • The traffic on the page is measured with Google Analytics, which is used to analyze and build statistics on how NAF Local Experiences is actually being used. We use Google Tag Manager Manager to manage and implement different scripts.
  • We use Stripe payment solution, which uses cookies to make it easy for you to pay for the experience online.
  • HotJar is used to test the user experience and analyze usage patterns at our website.
  • Our customer service platform Intercom uses cookies to provide you with the best customer service possible.
  • We use Mailchimp for electronic communication. You can subscribe to our newsletter on the site, and we will keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

The cookies contain only aggregated data and are not used to identify individuals. You can turn off cookies by changing the settings in your browser. Note that this may cause the service to not work properly.
